I always refer to the people I work with as my family because let’s face it we spend a lot of time together. For the most part we act like a family also. We fight, we laugh, and we have a good time just like I do with my real family. The culture of CSI Tech is something we take a lot of pride in and is a big factor in considering bringing on a new hire. If you haven’t heard yet The CSI Companies acquired the Anteo Group out of Atlanta last week. So I’d like to welcome you to the family Anteo. We’re a bit wacky, but once you get to know us I think you’ll like us. Here are a few things to know about us:
People. Done Right isn’t just a fun motto it’s what we live by every day. Whether it’s our consultants, clients, or internal employees we strive for excellence. Although we’re ultra-competitive ultimately at the end of the day we all want the same thing to which is excellence. I’ve worked at firms where you competed on everything ala dog eat dog and although we do compete on many things ultimately it’s the success of the team that’s important. I’ve seen recruiters split candidates, work on jobs together, and share information. That just doesn’t happen at most companies especially when money is on the line.
Work life balance is actually encouraged with us. A burned out employee as I’ve written about before is nowhere near as effective as someone who is well rested and focused. CSI Tech let’s our employees work out at work. Let’s face it sometimes you need to throw around some weights and blow off steam. Vacation time is not only given, but is actually encouraged. If you need to go to the doctor or have a dentist appointment then it’s no problem take care of your business.
We have fun at work most of the time. We have a cornhole set and a putting green in our office….seriously. Of course we don’t sit there and play all day, but there have been some heated battles from time to time. It’s quite possible you are going to get a nickname. Here’s a fun fact. I call Mike Israel our Unit Manager Yoda. Why you ask? I swear he knows everything about staffing. There’s never been a question I’ve asked that he hasn’t answered. In Tampa we have a Craignado scale. Sometimes our account manager Craig can get a little crazy so there’s a scale 1-5 on the scale similar to a tornado scale. Now usually it stays in the 1 to 2 range, but occasionally I’ve seen a 4 and watch out!
As I earlier stated we’re a bit of a wacky bunch, but we are committed to excellence. I know we looked at a lot of different companies when we were looking for someone to join our family. The fact that ultimately it was the Anteo Group speaks a lot to who you are as a company. I can’t wait to meet all of you and I know that you will fit right in or we wouldn’t have picked you. Together we will accomplish great things and uphold our mantra of People. Done Right. So buckle up because it’s going to be a wild, crazy, and fun ride!
