Andrew Cihlar

President

Andrew Cihlar brings a decade of executive level experience in all facets of the staffing and recruiting industry.  Cihlar was named as President of CSI Tech in 2014 and, under his leadership, the division has shown double digit growth in both top line sales and bottom line dollars.  CSI Tech will eclipse revenues of $50M in 2016 and has offices throughout the country.  In his current role, Cihlar is responsible for all aspects of the business from on-going strategy to tactical execution.

Prior to his most recent promotion, Cihlar was Vice President of Business Development for CSI Tech.  In this role he led the largest and most profitable segment of business while managing, from an executive level, several national accounts.  Before that, Cihlar was the executive in-charge of leading The CSI Companies expansion into the South Florida market.  This opportunity was awarded to Cihlar because of the sales leadership abilities he displayed in several other positions within The CSI Companies.

A native of Florida and a graduate of Florida State University, Cihlar enjoys running, cycling, golfing and attending FSU sporting events.  He is active in the local alumni chapter and is member of the Seminole Booster club.

Rusty Thompson

Vice President of Project Management Solutions

Rusty Thompson, currently the Vice President of Project Management Solutions for the tech division of The CSI Companies, began with the organization in 2008. Rusty has managed IT application development and infrastructure projects since the mid 1990’s. He has experience running large scale IT projects and programs in the vertical industries of healthcare, insurance, and government. His current roles include Project Management Consultant, Managing Director of CSI Tech University, as well as serving as a mentor and trainer for the CSI Tech recruiting team.

Mike Israel

Technical Director

Mike Israel provides more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, including a variety of leadership roles. Recently, Israel stepped into a newly created position providing support to the Corporate M&A activities with a focus on due-diligence and post-merger integration as CSI Tech executes on its on-going acquisition strategy.  Additionally Israel is the top sales producer for CSI Tech by acquiring and growing a select group of national accounts.  The last component of Israel’s role is to provide coaching, mentorship and support to CSI Tech’s up and coming sales professionals and recruiters.

Beginning his commitment to CSI Tech in 2011, Israel took on expanded roles as Director of IT Branch Sales, Vice President & Unit Manger and Technical Director. During this time, Israel has endlessly contributed to CSI Tech integrating CSI’s first acquisition which achieved net income results of 4x over projections.

Before joining CSI Tech, Israel held a Business Unit Leader position for more than 18 years for a diverse range of organizations including small business startups and large corporations. As a big believer in investing, he fully supports organizational development.

Israel is a native of Montclair, New Jersey and holds a B.S. degree in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College, New York. Now living in Jacksonville Florida with his wife and three adopted children, he’s notably been added to the impactful Jacksonville Business Journal 40 under 40 list.
